Who is behind Noor Coaching?
Noorhan AlZann is the Founder and CEO of Noor Consultancy & Coaching, a Bahrain-based advisory, coaching, and training firm supporting startups, professionals, and organizations across the GCC and beyond.
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Noorhan has built a career spanning treasury, investments, strategy, and leadership development. She is a CFA Charterholder, MBA graduate, and an internationally certified coach, combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on mindset, performance, and execution.
Since launching Noor Consultancy & Coaching in 2022, Noorhan has mentored, coached, and advised 750+ startups across 7 countries, working closely with leading accelerators, corporates, and ecosystem partners. She has delivered 9,000+ hours of coaching and training and supported 8,000+ founders, professionals, and program participants through workshops, bootcamps, and tailored engagements.
Alongside her work with Noor, Noorhan is an active mentor, trainer, and speaker across regional startup and leadership programs, and serves on boards and committees focused on entrepreneurship, technology, and governance.
