Who is behind Noor Coaching?
- Noorhan is the Founder and CEO of Noor Coaching and Consultancy, a luminary in the startup ecosystem with over a decade of experience in financial services, specializing in Treasury and Investments. Her leadership has profoundly impacted the startup world, mentoring and coaching over 350 startups across six countries. Noorhan’s extensive involvement includes working alongside reputable organizations such as Hope Ventures (Beban), Spring Studios, Mashroo3i, Tamkeen X BIBF Entrepreneurship Program, Omantel Innovation Labs, and StartUp Bahrain Techstars. She’s also the advisor to 4 startups in Bahrain, Riyadh and Kuwait.
- A seasoned Senior Lecturer in the GCC, Noorhan has educated professionals for over 8 years in Banking and Investment topics. Her academic prowess is further highlighted by her CFA charter holder status, Fellowship at the Chartered Institute of Insurance, certifications in Islamic Finance, Sustainability studies, and MBA focusing on Sustainable Finance. She’s the first woman in the MENA region to attain the Certificate in Bank Asset Liability Management from the UK.
- As a Certified Professional Coach, she combines her financial expertise with strategic coaching, guiding emerging entrepreneurs toward success.
