Coaching Agreement – Quarterly

This Agreement is entered into by and between: Noorhan AlZann, thereafter, referred to as “Coach” and the “Client” whereby Coach agrees to provide Coaching Services for the Client focusing on specific topics or outcomes specified by the Client.

Definition: Coaching is an alliance between the Coach and Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and professional potential. This engagement should not be considered therapy or counseling.

Coach-Client Relationship

Coach Commitments:

  • Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation “(ICF)”. www.coachfederation.org/ethics.

  • Coaching sessions are entirely confidential. No information will be disclosed to third parties without prior Client consent. This statement excludes illegal or criminal information or self-harming references that could put the Client’s life or others at danger.

  • Coach understands the privacy required to share any personal and professional information and ensures providing a safe and positive environment to enable the same.

Client Understanding:

  • Client understands the importance of honesty and disclosure of accurate information to establish a trusting relationship and allow the Coach to adopt suitable tools and techniques and to achieve progress during the sessions.

Agreement Details:

  • Coach and Client agree to engage in a 3 months-long Coaching program consisting of 1 session per week

  • Each session is agreed to be one hour and if physical will be held at The Collective Hub, Adlia Branch.

  • If either party wishes to cancel the session, the other party should be informed in advance

Schedule and Fees

The agreed Coach fees are BHD 550 for the month payable.

Release/Retention of Information

  • The Coach engages in ICF Credentials. That process requires names and contact information of all Clients for possible verification. By signing this agreement, you agree to have only your name, contact information, and start and end dates of coaching shared with the ICF for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching relationship, no personal notes will be shared.

  • To facilitate the sessions, the Coach will retain her notes of the session. This information will be stored either physically or digitally in complete confidentiality.

Termination and Jurisdiction

This contract can be terminated by either party, subject to two weeks’ notice. It is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Signing this Contract entails reading and agreeing with the disclosed terms stipulated above.
